7. 7th Heaven Club — Membership Terms
The 7th Heaven Club is an exclusive membership and referral program offered by Celsius. By opting into the 7th Heaven Club during checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Activation: Your 7th Heaven membership is activated immediately upon successful payment of your qualifying order.
- Non-Cancellable: Orders placed with 7th Heaven opt-in cannot be cancelled after payment. This is a binding condition of the membership.
- No Returns on Membership Orders: Products purchased as part of a 7th Heaven qualifying order are not eligible for return or refund or cancel once payment is confirmed.
- Referral Code: Upon activation, you will receive a unique referral code. You may share this code to build your network and earn rewards as per the 7th Heaven program structure.
- Membership Revocation: Celsius reserves the right to revoke 7th Heaven membership at its sole discretion in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
- Network Integrity: Your referral network and referred members remain associated with your account unless removed due to policy violations.
