Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • A replacement will be shipped after verification at no additional cost
  • Refunds for defective items are processed only if a replacement is unavailable

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

3. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us with your Order ID at jchindia68@gmail.com. If approved, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. 7th Heaven Club Orders — Special Terms

Orders placed with 7th Heaven Club opt-in are subject to the following special conditions:

  • Non-Cancellable: Orders with 7th Heaven membership opt-in cannot be cancelled after payment, regardless of shipping status.
  • No Returns: These orders are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstance (except for damaged/defective items as per Section 2).
  • Membership Activation: 7th Heaven membership is activated immediately upon successful payment and is non-refundable.

By checking the 7th Heaven opt-in during checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

5. Refund Process

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Method: Refund to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days from the date of approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Gift sets and combo packs (once opened)
  • Products purchased during clearance or flash sales
  • 7th Heaven Club membership orders
