Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue.

To be eligible for a replacement in such cases, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once the shipping process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
